What types of apartments are available at Aston Gardens?

Spacious studios, one- and two-bedroom (many also with dens) luxury rental apartments are available in a variety of floor plans from 560 square feet to almost 1,800 square feet at all six senior-living communities in Florida. In fact, Aston Gardens offers some of the largest senior-living residences available in the industry. Each apartment is equipped with a balcony or lanai, carpet, window treatments, a full kitchen, an optional washer and dryer, large walk-in closets and most have air conditioned additional storage space area. You also have the opportunity to purchase a luxury villa for independent living at Aston Gardens at Tampa Bay, Aston Gardens at Pelican Marsh in Naples and Aston Gardens at Pelican Pointe in Venice.

Does Aston Gardens offer assisted living?

Yes! The Inn at Aston Gardens is our assisted living community and The Gardens at Aston Gardens is our memory care community, both housed within one building at five of our communities. Our professional team of nurses and care managers will assist you with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing and taking medications should there come a time when you need personal care.

What does my monthly fee include?

All the comforts of home - and then some! For one monthly fee, you'll enjoy a Continental Plus breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner, a fabulous Sunday brunch, individually controlled air-conditioning and heat, weekly housekeeping and linen service, scheduled transportation to appointments, shopping and events, all utilities (except telephone), pest control service, complete interior and exterior maintenance, and much more.

Will my monthly fee increase?

With this exclusive program, we guarantee your rent in an independent living home will not increase for three full years, providing you with a better way to plan your finances with the assurance of 36 months of worry-free living. Will I have to pay an endowment fee before I move to Aston Gardens?

No. As a rental community for senior living, there are no large upfront fees or endowments and no long- term commitments that you generally find at other retirement communities in Florida.

What experience does your professional staff have?

Many Aston Gardens professional staff members have been with us for a long time, attesting to their strong loyalty and passion for what they do for the best senior-living possible. For you that means dedicated people at your service, committed to upholding the highest standards. It’s also interesting to know that team members at each community have an average of more than 450 years of combined service in that community!

What activities can I expect at Aston Gardens?

Where do we begin! There are plenty of fun things to do and our daily activities calendars are chocked full with activities not only at each Aston Gardens community but also at nearby destinations. There are themed parties, wine tasting, educational seminars, exercise classes, arts and crafts, billiards and bridge tournaments, card clubs and other exciting activities at the Grande Clubhouse at all six Aston Gardens communities. Each Grande Clubhouse also features a beautiful dining room, Grande Ballroom, game room and lounge, library, beauty salon and barber services, computer room, private dining room for those special occasions and a fitness center. There’s also heated swimming pools, sundecks and spas at all of our communities. Our full-time Activities Directors and their team make sure there is something always going on at America’s award-winning senior-living communities.

Is there transportation at Aston Gardens?

Yes. Every Aston Gardens senior-living community in Florida offers residents complimentary transportation for regularly scheduled trips off campus to appointments, dining, shopping and other outings. For on campus transportation, there is shuttle service available throughout the community.

May I entertain guests at Aston Gardens?

Of course you can, it's your home! Friends and family are always welcome at Aston Gardens. Invite them to join you for a gourmet meal in the dining room, or reserve the private dining room for special occasions and get-togethers. Gather the family for a relaxing afternoon by the pool or simply enjoy showing off your own lovely apartment home. You may also be interested to know that if you are expecting company from out of town, Aston Gardens may have reasonably priced guest suites available.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! We know pets are family so that’s why small pets are great and always welcome here! Our Naples community has a designated Dog Park area for your furry friends. Please speak with a representative at the community you’re interested in for specific details on pet weight restrictions.

Is there assigned seating in the dining room?

No. When you come to dinner, a host or hostess - as well as some mouthwatering aromas - will greet you! You may request any table or seating arrangement you desire, or you can ask us to introduce you to some new friends.

Yes, our Concierge Services team will help make your move as stress-free as possible. We’ll help to coordinate your move and also put you in touch with other professionals who you may need to make the move seamless and on time. We will assist with your utility disconnect and connections, furniture placement and layout and other tasks associated with moving to Aston Gardens. And on moving day, we’ll oversee the entire operation to make it sure everything is right.
