Chef Antoine has over 20 years of Food and Beverage experience. He was born in France. His past work history includes an internship in a Michelin Star Restaurant in Montreal Canada, Executive Chef at Bistro St Tropez Philadelphia, Chef Owner of Best Of Philly for a new Bistro La Boheme Philadelphia, Chef Owner of Le Jardin Restaurant in Philadelphia. Also a coffee connoisseur, he co-owned 3 coffee shops, all located in downtown Philadelphia. After moving back to Quebec Canada, he opened a Mediterranean Restaurant called Athena Grill. After 3 years in Quebec, he and his family decided to move back to Florida. Once in Florida, Chef Antoine and his friend Chef Gui started a high end catering company called Elite Catering. Most recently he had the opportunity to be the Executive Chef at renown Steak House Flamestone in Tampa.
